SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping: All items will be shipped within 3-5 business days.  I believe it is important to waste as little as possible during the shipping process.  I prefer not to use plastic but I try my best to reuse any packaging material that I receive.  So, you might see plastic bubble wrap, peanuts, news paper and even boxes (target, amazon, etc) being reused to ship your pottery.  Please feel free to reach out to me if you have questions or concerns about this process.  

Returns: All sales are final but I would like for you to love what you've purchased from Beth Fulton Pottery.  If something isn't quite right, reach out and we can work out a trade or send it back for a refund.  If the item is damaged during the shipping process, please send a photo within 3 business days of receiving and I will replace or refund depending on availability.
